About This Project

During these short courses, the participants learn through hands on experience in the application of techniques for maintenance and finishes on the walls of houses built with earth. Aimed at families in rural areas, this is taught in a house in a community, selected and agreed previously with the inhabitants who host the course. The course contents are: earth site tests, plasters, earth sculptures and paintings. We also explore art as a means of participatory expression, creating murals on the restored walls; improving their homes and stimulating the motivation to keep this building tradition alive in the community.
